Public Grievance Hearing Conducted by Higher Education Minister at Asurali Focuses on Resolving Student and Institutional Concerns

Asurali, May 08:: With the objective of addressing the problems of the general public and ensuring justice to them, a public grievance hearing programme was held on Wednesday at Bajpei Bhavan in Asurali under Dhamnagar Block.
Higher Education Minister Suryabanshi Suraj attended the programme and directly heard the grievances of hundreds of local people. He interacted with people from the weaker sections of society and discussed their issues.
Residents raised several basic problems, mainly related to transport, drinking water, education, and social security benefits such as pensions. The Minister took all complaints seriously and directed the concerned departmental officials to take necessary action immediately.
He stated that ensuring that no common citizen is deprived of government services is the government’s top priority and commitment.
The grievance hearing was attended by local representatives, officials from various departments, and a large number of villagers.
