Koraput , March, 17: Koraput district, District Collector Manoj Satyavan Mahajan reviewed the construction of new buildings for Kasturba Gandhi Girls’ Schools and Higher Secondary Schools.
It has been planned to construct Kasturba Gandhi Girls’ School buildings in 14 blocks of the district. While construction work is currently underway in 10 schools, work in 4 schools has not yet commenced due to various reasons.
It has also been reported that the construction of new buildings for 11 Higher Secondary Schools in the district has not yet begun.
District Education Officer Karunakar Bhue, Senior Technical Consultant of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Venkateshwar Mishra, and engineers from the Public Works Department (PWD) and Rural Works Division (RWD) were present during the review.
