Major Development Boost for Tentulikhunti as Panchayati Raj Minister Inaugurates Projects and Lays Foundation Stones

Tentulikhunti, May 9: Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik visited Tentulikhunti block in Nabarangpur district. During the visit, the Minister inspected the Indravati Dam and reviewed the Rasman boat ghat established there for water transportation facilities.
To address the long-pending demand of the residents of Khuntiaguda, who had repeatedly boycotted elections demanding a pucca road, the Minister laid the foundation stone for a nearly 3-kilometre road from Fataguja Chhak to Panaska via Khuntiaguda under the Chief Minister’s Road Scheme.
At the Imtaguda Gram Panchayat office, he also inaugurated the Gram Panchayat Facilitation Centre and the CSP Plus unit. Similarly, at Lamataguda, he inaugurated the newly constructed Mega Drinking Water Project and addressed the public in front of the local project office. He stated that the government’s initiative to ensure drinking water reaches every household through the project is a historic scheme.
Addressing the gathering, Nabarangpur MLA Gouri Shankar Majhi highlighted various government welfare schemes and said that the government is working towards fulfilling its promises.
Among others present on the inauguration dais were Nabarangpur Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swain, Nabarangpur MP Balabhadra Majhi, Jharigaon MLA Narasingha Bhatra, Special Development Council Chairperson Basanti Majhi, Vice-Chairperson Lingaraj Bhatra, Tentulikhunti Block Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and several other dignitaries.
