Jeypore, July 14 [UDN}: This year, the Rath of Jeypore has been constructed entirely with new timber. It features large wheels similar to those of the famous Puri Rath and stands six feet high. Local residents say that they have never seen such a grand and magnificent Rath since their childhood days. The height of the chariot has also been increased compared to previous years.
There is great excitement and curiosity among the people of Jeypore to witness the completed Rath in all its glory during this year’s Rath Yatra celebrations.
