Rayagada, April 11:  In Rayagada district, Shri Bidya Dhar Sabar assumed charge as Chairman and Smt. Manjula Miniyaka as Vice-Chairperson of the Special Development Council. They performed traditional Vedic rituals and prayers before officially taking over their responsibilities and entering the office—marking some proud and memorable moments.
