Hungama Expands Its Game Changers Platform With the Hungama Game Changers Leadership Series Podcast Spotlighting Women Shaping Entertainment
India ,14th November 2025: Hungama Digital Media, one of India’s leading digital entertainment companies, proudly announces the launch of the Hungama Game Changers Leadership Series Podcast, a powerful extension of its flagship Hungama Game Changers platform. Now in its fifth year, Hungama Game Changers continues to spotlight women shaping the future of entertainment across music, film and gaming. The new weekly video-podcast takes this mission further, creating a space where established pioneers share stories of resilience, innovation and leadership and, in turn, shortening the learning curve for the next generation.

Hosted by Raunaq Roy, Senior Vice President, Hungama Digital Media and Curator of the Game Changers initiative, the Leadership Series Podcast brings together a global community of creators and changemakers who have not only broken barriers but also paved the way for generations to come. Each episode dives into unfiltered, thought-provoking conversations with women who have led teams, built industries and redefined what leadership looks like in entertainment today.
Available across Hungama OTT, YouTube and Spotify, the Hungama Game Changers Leadership Series Podcast opens with inspiring episodes featuring Kim Belair, Amanda Rubin and Ayesha Khan, followed by insightful conversations with Reine Abbas and Karina Pradus. The weekly video-podcast will also spotlight notable jury members of Hungama Game Changers 2025, including Amruta Fadnavis, Preeta Sukhtankar, Nirmika Singh, Srishti Behl, Poornima Seetharaman, Merlin D’Souza, Megha Tata and Kanan Rai.
Commenting on the launch, Raunaq Roy, Senior Vice President, Hungama Digital Media, said,
“With the Hungama Game Changers Leadership Series Podcast, we’re extending the conversation beyond annual recognition to year-round dialogue. These conversations with pioneers and creators are about learning from lived experiences. They not only celebrate leadership in all its forms but also help the next generation connect with the wisdom of those who have walked the path before them.”
Reflecting on her journey, Kim Belair, Co-Founder and CEO of Sweet Baby Inc., shared,
“I’ve tried to fight so many battles that I was never going to win, because I was thinking, ‘Oh, but this is the right answer.’ I have to realise that sometimes it doesn’t matter how much I love the project or how right I am. You’re going to lose sometimes, and you need to just fall in love with the process instead of the product.”
Amanda Rubin, CRO at Wildfire, noted,
“You’ve got to just show up in the room and say I know I have this, I know my worth and if you don’t see it that’s not my problem, that’s your problem.”
Ayesha Khan, former Lead Narrative Designer at Ubisoft Reflections, added,
“I love that our industry is focusing more on work-life balance and avoiding crunch. But the most important thing you can do to protect yourself, a lesson I wish I’d learned 15 years ago, is to build a sense of your own identity and worth that is separate from your work.”
Amruta Fadnavis, Social Activist, Artist and Banker, stated,
“It’s not about being a superwoman. It is about prioritizing. I’m a little behind in my banking career because I haven’t taken promotions in the last five years, but I’m happy because I know where I’m going and why.”
Preeta Sukhtankar, Founder of The Label Life, mentioned, “
When you build a brand, it’s not just about the product. It’s about the story, the feeling, and the trust. I think women, especially, connect with honesty. If you’re authentic about what you’re trying to say, the audience senses it immediately.”
The Hungama Game Changers Leadership Series Podcast serves as a natural extension of Hungama’s Game Changers platform, celebrating women in entertainment, showcasing resilience, leadership, inclusivity, innovation and influence. With this format, Hungama aims to create a living library of mentorship and inspiration for future changemakers.
