Bhubaneswar, April 11: Heatstroke Warning

Symptoms:

Excessive sweating
Dizziness, blurred vision, and nausea
Intense thirst
Muscle cramps
Dry, red, and hot skin
Fainting or loss of consciousness

Precautions:

Avoid going out between 11 AM and 3 PM
If necessary, carry an umbrella, wear shoes, and take a water bottle
Wear light-colored, loose clothing
Take rest in the shade if you feel tired
Do not do heavy work in the heat
Avoid walking long distances
Do not consume intoxicating substances
