No extra charges will be required for selecting 60percent of seats on flights.
All passengers booked under a single ticket will be allotted seats together.
Rules for carrying pets and musical instruments have been simplified.
The aim of these rules is to make air travel more comfortable.
These steps have been taken by the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
