Korapu, May 15: A District-Level Public Grievance Hearing Camp was organized at the Panchayat Samiti office in Laxmipur block of Koraput district. During the camp, all district-level departmental officers were present and listened to the grievances and problems of the general public.
People from different areas participated in the grievance hearing camp and submitted their complaints related to various civic and administrative issues. The concerned officials interacted directly with the citizens and assured them of appropriate action for the resolution of their grievances.
Such grievance redressal camps play an important role in strengthening public administration and ensuring better coordination between the government and the people. The initiative also reflects the administration’s commitment towards transparent governance and prompt delivery of public services.
