Bhubaneswar, Aug 5 [UDN}:Prioritising the protection of farmers’ livelihoods, a high-level review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo to assess the crop losses caused by the flood situation.
During the meeting, farmers in the affected areas were urged not to panic over the damage caused to their crops. The authorities assured that necessary steps would be taken to assess the losses and provide appropriate support and assistance to the affected farming community.
