Bharatiya Janata Party Foundation Day Celebrated at District Headquarters with Enthusiastic Participation of Party Workers and Leaders

Malkangiri April 14::  The 47th Foundation Day of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was celebrated today at the BJP office in Malkangiri.
On this occasion, senior party worker and former president Gurucharan Mohanty hoisted the party flag within the office premises. A program was also organized at the office, which began with the lighting of lamps before the portraits of BJP founder Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee and Deendayal Upadhyaya, followed by a group rendition of “Vande Mataram.”
During the event, MLA Narsingh Madkami spoke about the history of the party, highlighting the struggles and contributions of party workers that led to its current success and significant role in Indian politics. Gurucharan Mohanty also mentioned that since the party’s formation on April 6, 1980, it has grown from having just 2 Members of Parliament to 303 MPs, attributing this achievement to the dedication and sacrifices of senior leaders.
Other senior members encouraged party workers to move forward with a spirit of nationalism and commitment to national ideology.
The meeting was attended by Malkangiri MLA Narsingh Madkami, senior worker Shyamal Sunani, Nagar Mandal President Dillip Dandpati, MLA representative Nihar Ray, General Secretary Manik Lal Chakraborty, Treasurer Sanjay Sarkar, Block Vice Chairman Niranjan Haldar, Mahila Morcha Secretary Beni Kartulu, District Secretary Sabita Mishra, Saudamini Acharya, Mamata Mayee Mohanty, Media Head Srinivas Patra, Social Media Head Deepak Saha, and more than 200 party workers.
