Bhubaneswar: : The ‘Ayushman’ scheme will be launched in the state on the upcoming 11th. Union Health Minister and BJP National President J.P. Nadda will inaugurate the scheme. He is also scheduled to address a training camp organized for MPs and MLAs, according to party sources. He will arrive in Odisha on the evening of the 10th. On the 11th, he will inaugurate the ‘Gyan Bharat’ initiative and participate in a party meeting.
During the training camp organized at the party office, he will provide key guidance to the attending MLAs. BJP State General Secretary Manmohan Samal provided this information. Mr. Nadda will return to Delhi on the evening of the 11th.
After a long wait of several years, this much-anticipated central scheme is finally set to be implemented in the state. It will be a combined version of Ayushman Bharat and Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY). Together, these health schemes will cover approximately 3 crore 46 lakh people.
