Awareness and Empowerment Take Centre Stage as “Juventica” Programme Organised at Koraput Town Police Station to Guide Youth Towards a Safe and Responsible Future

Jeypore, May 11: An awareness programme titled “Juventica” was organised by the Police Department at the premises of Koraput Town Police Station. The programme aimed to create awareness among the youth about cybercrime, drug abuse, road safety, and social responsibility.
The event was attended by SP Rohit Verma, SDPO Sanjay Mandal, Town Police Station IIC Satyananda Patra, along with all police personnel of the Town Police Station, students, and local residents.
Addressing the gathering, the SP urged the youth to follow the right path and contribute towards maintaining peace and harmony in society. He also advised everyone to remain cautious about cyber frauds and warned people not to trust unknown links or suspicious phone calls.
The SP further discussed how young people can become responsible citizens and earn respect in society through good conduct and education. The students and local residents present at the programme shared their experiences and expressed their aspirations to become well-educated and good human beings in the future.
