Bengaluru/New York, October 08, 2025 – ace turtle, India’s tech-driven retail powerhouse transforming shopping experiences, and WHP Global, one of the world’s fastest-growing brand management firms, today announced a long-term licensing deal to expand and strengthen the presence of the iconic denim brand G-STAR in India.

Under the terms of the agreement, ace turtle will acquire exclusive rights to build and grow G-STAR’s footprint in India across multiple channels, including standalone stores, shop-in-shop formats, and e-commerce. The partnership will leverage ace turtle’s deep retail expertise and understanding of India’s dynamic consumer landscape.
