Kolkata, Feb, 24:   Former Railway Minister and All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Mukul Roy has passed away. He breathed his last at 1:30 AM at Apollo Hospital – Salt Lake in Kolkata. His son, Subhrangshu Roy, confirmed the news. He was 71 years old. It is reported that he died due to a heart attack.
