Bhadrak, Sept 28 [UDN}: A meeting of the District Road Safety Committee was held today in Bhadrak under the chairmanship of the District Collector, Bhadrak.
The meeting discussed various issues related to road safety and measures required to strengthen traffic management and reduce road accidents across the district. Officials reviewed the existing road safety situation and stressed the need for coordinated efforts among different departments to ensure safer roads for commuters.
The meeting was attended by the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak; Additional District Magistrate (Revenue); Sub-Collector; Regional Transport Officer (RTO); Tahasildar, Bhadrak, and other district-level officials. Members of the District Road Safety Committee were also present.
The officials emphasized effective implementation of road safety measures and better coordination among the concerned departments to protect the lives of motorists, pedestrians and other road users.
