Koraput , Sept 28 [UDN}:A high-level review meeting on the TB-Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (TB-Free India Campaign), HIV control programme, Ayushman Bharat–Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), and Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana was held today under the chairmanship of the Koraput District Collector.
The meeting reviewed the progress of these important health and welfare initiatives, with particular emphasis on ensuring that government services and benefits reach every eligible beneficiary. Officials held detailed discussions on the implementation and progress of the TB-free campaign, Ayushman Bharat scheme and Vay Vandana Yojana, and stressed the need for effective delivery of services at the grassroots level.
The review focused on strengthening ongoing efforts to identify beneficiaries, provide timely healthcare support and ensure that eligible people are not left out of the various government health and social-security programmes. The administration also discussed measures required to further improve implementation and outreach across the district.
The meeting underlined the district administration’s focus on taking healthcare and welfare benefits closer to the people and ensuring effective implementation of the schemes at the field level.
