Rayagada:Aug 22 [UDN}: For the first time in Rayagada district, a visually impaired person with a disability has been appointed as a permanent teacher under the Welfare Department. Rayagada District Collector Shri Ashutosh Kulkarni handed over the appointment letter to the newly appointed teacher today.
