Tejas Goenka, MD of Tally Solutions, Lauds Union Budget 2025 for Boosting MSMEs, Startups, and Tech Innovation

Mr. Tejas Goenka, Managing Director, Tally Solutions

“The Union Budget 2025 underscores the government’s unwavering commitment to strengthening India’s MSME sector, which remains the backbone of our economy. With enhanced credit guarantee covers, increased investment and turnover limits, and simplified KYC processes, MSMEs are set to scale new heights, fostering local economies and enhancing global competitiveness.

Equally significant is the focus on India’s vibrant startup ecosystem, with the introduction of the ₹10,000 crore FoF aimed at providing strong financial backing to emerging businesses. The newly announced Deep Tech Fund further reinforces this commitment, enabling core R&D advancements that will drive innovation across industries. The simplification of TDS and TCS, along with a transparent tax structure, will ease compliance and stimulate economic expansion. With these reforms, India is primed for a more resilient, tech-driven future, aligning with the ‘Make in India’ initiative and the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat, positioning Tally, India’s leading business automation software, as a key enabler in this transformative journey.”

Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman of Signature Global, Advocates for RBI Repo Rate Cut to Drive Real Estate Growth and Economic Momentum

Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global (India) Ltd.

“A potential repo rate cut by the RBI in its upcoming MPC meeting could be a pivotal move in shaping India’s economic momentum, particularly as the Union Budget 2025 is expected to drive consumption and investment. In the real estate sector, such a policy shift could lead to more affordable home loans, improving housing affordability and stimulating demand—especially in the mid and premium segments.

Moreover, the recent 50-basis-point reduction in the Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) has already injected significant liquidity into the banking system, setting the stage for improved credit flow. If complemented by a rate cut, this could accelerate capital deployment in infrastructure and urban development, further boosting real estate growth. Given India’s rapid urbanization and rising aspirations for homeownership, a proactive monetary policy can serve as a catalyst for long-term economic resilience and sustained real estate expansion.”

Post-Budget 2025: Experts Discuss the Winners, Losers, and What’s Next

Mr. Ankur Jalan, CEO, Golden Growth Fund (GGF)

With economic growth dipping and inflation on an upwards trajectory, we believe it is the ideal time for the Reserve Bank of India to cut interest rates. This, along with the recent budget announcement on income tax exemptions up to Rs 12 lakhs, will together play a vital role in stimulating consumption and driving up the economic activity across all sectors including real estate. The geo-political activities have been dampening spirits across major emerging market economies and proactive measures on part of the RBI will guard the country’s economic prospects from such shocks.

Mr. Garvit Tiwari, Director & Co-Founder

The RBI is expected to go along the path shown in the budget towards boosting urban consumption which has been on a decline. The apex bank has kept the rates unchanged for 11th consecutive time, and in view of India’s declining GDP growth rate, a rate cut at this juncture will help the real estate sector which, too, has shown signs of slowdown with sales falling below 2023 level. A rate cut will help urban India, supported by Budget announcements, to explore their option of purchasing a home.

Realizing their mistake, the kids decide to write an apology letter to Happu, but none of them can draft the letter appropriately. Eventually, they decide to apologize to Happu in person. Rajesh (Geetanjali Mishra) calls Happu home early from work. As soon as he arrives, a postman delivers a letter to him. The letter reveals that Happu has a son from his former lover, something he never knew about. The letter states that his son is coming to live with him. Furious, Vibhuti meets Prem (Vishwajeet Soni), who tells him about a genius doctor who has arrived in the colony and provides gene-based medicines. He shares that the doctor gave his wife a pill to calm her down, and now she doesn’t bother him at all. Hearing this, Vibhuti gets an idea and asks the doctor for a pill that induces anger, planning to give it to Tiwari so that the latter and Angoori end up fighting. He gives the pill to Angoori along with some laddoos, telling her that Tiwari has become weak, and she should mix the medicine into the laddoos before giving them to him. However, in a good up Vibhuti ends up consuming the pill. He realizes that he is unable to control his anger and insults Angoori. Meanwhile, Tika (Vaibhav Mathur) and Tillu (Salim Zaidi) visit the same doctor with a business proposal, suggesting they can expand his gene-based medicine. However, the doctor refuses, leading to an altercation where he gets hit on the head and falls unconscious. Tika and Tillu then get an idea—they make the unconscious doctor sit on a chair, put sunglasses on him, and pretend that he is still treating patients. Tiwari, having heard about the doctor, also visits him. However, it is Tika and Tillu who give him the medicine. After taking it, Tiwari starts seeing all the women around him as bleating goats. Helpless, both Vibhuti and Tiwari try to run away from Modern colony.”
